well hello again from beatiful campXXXX. still can't tell ya. today we...did the same thing we did yesterday. and the day before that. and the 10,000 before that. i can't seem to understand how the days fly by and yet it seems like weve been here forever and are never going home. is today still yesterday or is it today today yet? today is 10 the saturday of may and i don't know what month it is. I MISS MY TRUCK. and my wife too i guess. we were always told about "big red". but the sun is always tan. im not kidding either when the sun comes up it is the same color as the fricking ground. so is the moon. didn't monty burns come up with an idea to block out the sun perminantly. we could use that here. enough rambling now im going to go.. wait there's nothing to do here. bye OK

well here it is. finally. day 15 and i get a day off. its the 13th of april, just barely, and.....yeah.  we had a practice recall this morning(yesterday).  which meant that instead of going to bed after a 12 hour shift i got to get in my armor and stand in formation for 45 minutes in the sun. doing nothing. just standing there. will the fun never stop. its like a party 24 hours a day here.  well sarcasm isn't as effective in writing i guess but there you have it.  see you all in XXXXXXmonths. HAHA!!

well here it is the 9th of april but not for yall in oklahoma. i haven't had a day off in over a week and im at the internet cafe because i can't sleep. i dont know if i metioned in my last blog that i hate this place but i really do. we just got here and it seems like we are already about to leave. we only have aboutXXXXXXX longer to be here. sorry can't really say that on the net. oh and did i tell you that i'm at camp XXXXXXXX and we're near the city of ali ali axenfree. just kidding, i hope one of my commanders sees this and gets a good laugh. hearts and minds people, hearts and minds. yeah what about my heart and mind? or my families? or everyone elses families back home? did anyone tell these people that we dont wanna be here anymore than they want us here? thats my thing.

well i just realized that i haven't put anything on here in almost a year. not that it matters, i don't think even my wife's been to my site. and with training and all i haven't exactly had endless hours to sit and surf. well anyway here i am in iraq. nothing happening. just sit around and stare at people all day. if there's anyone around. other than that i do pt and wait for my shift to be over, or wait for it to begin depending on what time of day it is. not that i can tell half the time. it seems like im either at work or asleep. i can't wait to get back to oklahoma. i'd rather watch texas win the orange bowl than be here.
